You’d think that, being a wedding filmmaker, my own wedding video would be the thing I hold dearest. But the truth is… it’s not.
It looks amazing. The shots are stunning—the slow motion, the bouquet, the final touches on my tux. It captured the surface of a beautiful day.
But not the depth. Not the soul.
It didn’t catch the quiet, emotional moments with my mom and grandma—conversations about my dad, who wasn’t there to see me get married.
It missed the wild laughter with my best friends on the dance floor.
